To create a functional, authentic, safe, and attractive streetscape that withstands the test of time, celebrates our unique heritage, reinforces a sense of place and economic vitality, and promotes visual continuity of quality streetscape components throughout Tarpon Springs in an effort to enhance our destinations for visiting, working, playing and living.
